Quality Improvement Consultation

Our consultants are available to assist your organization to assess clinical systems, ancillary service systems, staffing levels, operational systems, or any other area identified by your community. Our assessments can be as limited, or as encompassing as needed, as defined by our clients. We can evaluate one system, or do a comprehensive facility assessment, based upon your direction. We keep up-to-date on new regulatory issues and can implement a Mock Survey procedure to assist you to determine your level of readiness for a regulatory survey, using both CMS and State specific requirements. We will assist your staff to understand the survey process, evaluate your departments to ensure they are meeting State and Federal requirements, or identify areas of potential deficient practices. Our staff will also provide a detailed report of Mock Survey findings, including potential deficiencies and the scope and severity of these violations. We can also provide you will recommendations for corrections, and assist you with systemic improvements and monitoring. We will conduct the Mock Survey process in a manner that is respectful of your staff, looking for opportunities to teach and mentor, when necessary.
