Jill Hess, LHNA CEO, Senior Consultant Ms. Hess has been involved in long-term care for 15 years, as an administrator and human resource professional. Ms. Hess has experience as an LHNA in both large and small facilities, in both metro and rural communities. She has had extensive experience leading facilities through turnaround of negative survey outcomes, including assisting facilities to develop immediate jeopardy removal plans and abatement of active IJ situations. Ms. Hess has the experience to assist your facility with a rapid systemic assessment & development of a successful turnaround and implementation plan, not only helping to gain regulatory compliance, but more importantly, to gain positive resident outcomes, and the trust and satisfaction of your customers and employees. Ms. Hess has also served as a Human Resource Director, prior to obtaining her LHNA. She has expertise in employee relations, training, staff development, wage & hour, and labor management. Ms. Hess has been actively involved in development of person-centered care programs. She has served as a member of a LTC Culture Change Task Force in Minnesota, and has been active in Pioneer Network training. Ms. Hess has presented information on Culture Change in LTC settings at the Mayo Clinic Gerontology Consortium and the St. Louis County Social Services Conference. Ms. Hess has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Communication from Concordia University in St. Paul, and received her certificate of Long-Term Care Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Ms. Hess is a licensed nursing home administrator in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Christine CampbellPresident, Senior Consultant Ms. Campbell has over 27 years of nursing experience. She has held positions ranging from Director of Nursing, Corporate Director of Quality Improvement and Director of Clinical Consulting. She also worked as a Health Facility Evaluator Supervisor for the Minnesota Department of Health for over seven years. Ms. Campbell has a passion for quality of care and quality of life. She assists nursing departments to establish and maintain a high standard of nursing excellence. She consistently obtains feedback from nurses and nursing assistants that they enjoy having her as a teacher and mentor, she has a style that makes them feel respected and important; and that they have the ability to achieve their goals. Ms. Campbell has been active in regulatory affairs, serving as the Co-Chair for the Communications for Survey Improvement Regional Stakeholders Group in Duluth, and also as a member of the Commissioner of Health Long Term Care Stakeholders Committee and Deficiency Review Sub Committee. Ms. Campbell has served as an appointed State Monitor in Wisconsin, for Immediate Jeopardy monitoring and also for Directed Plan of Correction monitoring. She has consulted with numerous facilities to assist with developing and implementing a plan of correction, and also completing systemic monitoring to ensure compliance post survey. Ms. Campbell has also performed pre-survey assessments, assisting facilities to establish action plans to improve regulatory compliance in anticipation of a licensing survey. She has assisted facilities to establish systems; such as comprehensive wound prevention and management programs and protocols. Ms. Campbell has a diploma as a Registered Nurse from the St. Cloud Hospital School of Nursing. She is a licensed Registered Nurse in Minnesota and Wisconsin and a Certified Gerentological RN. She also is a Certified Director of Nursing Administration. |
